1. Commercial Trade Inquiries & Quotations
All quotations provided by Ibrahim Enterprise are subject to written confirmation, crop availability, seasonal market price fluctuations, and formal contract execution. Trade terms typically follow Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CFR, CIF) as specifically stipulated in proforma invoices.
2. Quality, Inspection & Acceptance
Commodities are inspected pre-shipment for moisture, purity, grain elongation, and phytosanitary compliance. Certificate of Origin and official Phytosanitary certificates are provided with maritime dispatch documentation. Buyer-appointed inspection agencies (e.g. SGS / Intertek) may be accommodated upon mutual agreement.
3. Shipping & Demurrage
Shipments are booked with reputable international container shipping lines. For perishable vegetable and seafood consignments, temperature-controlled reefer containers are monitored throughout transit. Port demurrage and destination customs clearance remain the responsibility of the consignee unless explicitly covered under CIF/DAP terms.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Commercial contracts executed with Ibrahim Enterprise are governed in accordance with international commercial trade arbitration rules and the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
